The bursary has been awarded to Arnand Biran, a student from King Edward VI Lordswood School for Girls Sixth Form.
Students applied for the bursary via an application and then were invited for an interview with us here at Calthorpe Estates.
Arnand will be studying a property related course at University and our bursary awards him with an annual financial contribution for three years, along with a weeks worth of work experience at Calthorpe Estates.
The aim of the bursary is to expose young people to the potential opportunities in considering a career in property and the built environment and for the student who is awarded the bursary, to support with resources required to complete their chosen course.
We were all very impressed with Arnands positive attitude, his passion towards his future, his professionalism and his eagerness to learn more about the property industry. Congratulations Arnand!
